New Materials & Additives
We continuously conduct research into innovative polymers and additives, including electrically conductive granules. These enable the production of antistatic, EMC-shielding, or sensor-compatible components that far exceed standard requirements.
Optimization & Simulation
We enhance the efficiency and quality of our compounding operations through process modeling and simulation. State-of-the-art process technology and digital process control ensure that our mixtures perform reliably in every batch.
Hochmodernes Prüf & Entwicklungslabor
Unser ISO-zertifiziertes Labor ist das Rückgrat unserer Qualitätssicherung. Hier prüfen wir Rheologie (Rheo-, Mooney-Werte), mechanische Kennwerte wie Härte, Zug- und Weiterreißverhalten, Compression-Set sowie individuelle Prüfparameter gemäß Kundenanforderung. Jede Charge erhält einen ausführlichen Testreport, damit Ihr Prozess von Anfang an sicher läuft.
Erfolgreiche Neuentwicklungen
Mit über 500 realisierten Neuentwicklungen sind wir europaweit ein führender Custom-Compounder. Neue Materialien und Anlagenkonstruktionen, etwa für cryogenes Mahlverfahren, entstehen bei uns ebenso wie optimierte Rezepturen aus Primeware oder Rezyklat.
